Choose the cabin model and the setting that suit you, make the space yours, and enjoy the resort spring, summer and fall, without the expense and the responsibilities of a traditional vacation home.
Cabins are $95,000 to $125,000. Financing is a 15 percent deposit over a 15 year term, on approved credit. Our team walks you through the models, the ownership costs and the financing before anything is signed.
Keep the dates you want and open the rest to resort guests. The resort handles marketing, reservations, guest communication, payment and turnover. Revenue is shared 65 percent to you, 35 percent to the resort, and six peak weeks typically covers most of a year of running costs.
The resort will list your cabin and sell it for you. No hunting for a buyer yourself, and no obligation to stay longer than the place suits your family.
